THE COOPER: BLOOD ORANGE-GINGER OLD FASHIONED

Blood oranges develop their signature deep color during cool Sicilian nights. Known locally as arancia rossa di Sicilia, this beautiful fruit is typically sweeter and less acidic than other oranges. Made in the U.S.A.

Step 2. Drop a frozen cube into a glass filled with a shot of liquor or seltzer (1.5 oz).

THE OLIVER - IMAGINED FOR GIN

Unclassic Negroni with Wormwood Extracts

Born in Firenze, Italy in 1919, the Negroni bears the name of Count Camillo Negroni who combined his Italian heritage and love for gin to create one of the world’s most beloved cocktails,. The convergence of these ingredients is amplified by an emphasis on wormwood, vermouth’s hallmark ingredient. Made in U.S.A.

THE CECILE - IMAGINED FOR TEQUILA

The Cecile combines two of the world’s oldest, most treasured flavors. Watermelon can be traced back to ancient Egypt, while there are records of wild cucumbers in India as early as 4,000 years ago. Watermelon and cucumber simply belong together, as the sweetness of the fruit is the perfect counterpoint to the crispness of the grassy green vegetable. Thyme and clover honey round out The Cecile with warm, flowery notes. Just add liquor, and you’ll have a refreshing delight of a cocktail ready to enjoy. Made in the U.S.A.

Step 1. Freeze a box of The Cecile.

Step 2. Drop a frozen cube into a glass filled with a shot (1.5 oz) of liquor or seltzer.

THE CLYDE - IMAGINED FOR VODKA

The first vodka-based cocktail to thrive in the United States was the Gypsy Queen, with its heyday in the 1930s at the storied Russian Tea Room in Manhattan,. The drink included Benedictine, a liquor made of herbs, roots and sugar. We used Benedictine as inspiration when crafting the Clyde. In our take, we add a touch of peach, handcrafted bitters and a slight citrus zest. All you need to travel back to old-time NYC is one cube and your favorite vodka. Made in the U.S.A.

Step 1. Freeze a box of The Clyde.

Step 2. Drop a frozen cube into a glass filled with a shot (1.5 oz) of liquor or seltzer.

Step 3. Give your drink a shake or a stir and enjoy your Peach Cosmopolitan with Benedictine-Inspired Herbs & Artisanal Bitters.
